Ingredients

  • 220 grams powdered sugar
  • 250 grams unsalted butter, at room temperature

  • 650 grams flour
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 drizzle milk

Preparation

Beat the butter together with the sugar.
Incorporate the egg and leave beating until it is completely mixed.
Add the vanilla essence.
Sift the flour with the help of a strainer or sieve, add it little by little.
Finally add a splash of milk.
You must obtain a heavy mass, with your hands make a ball and cut it into 4 equal parts. Plasticize and refrigerate a couple of hours.
Flour a surface and a roller. Stretch the dough to about 1 cm thick (make about .5 cm to have a thinner version). Refrigerate for 30 more minutes.

PRESENTATION
