Fun and delicious cookies that the little ones in the family will love. In this recipe you will learn how to make cookies in two colors, where the vanilla flavor is mixed with chocolate.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 cup Butter Gloria® Gourmet Le Cordon Bleu, at room temperature
  • 2 cups sugar
  • 1/2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 eggs
  • 3 vanilla essence
  • 3 3/4 cups flour
  • 2 teaspoons baking soda
  • 1/4 cups cocoa powder
  • 1 teaspoon Butter Gloria® Gourmet Le Cordon Bleu
  • 1 tablespoon milk

Preparation

Beat the butter to acremarla. Once it's soft, add the eggs one by one. Still beating, add the vanilla.
With a sieve sieve the flour, salt and baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients little by little to the previous mixture, continue beating until you get a homogeneous mass.
Divide the dough in two.
Place one tablespoon of butter and one tablespoon of milk in a bowl. Heat in the microwave for 20 seconds. Add the cocoa and stir very well.
Divide the two pieces of dough in half, to get four balls. Place each ball on a waxed paper and roll it out to form rectangles of 30 x 25 centimeters. Refrigerate for 30 minutes.
Remove the waxed paper and place a rectangle of chocolate on a rectangle of dough without chocolate. Gently roll the dough, starting with the longest side of the rectangle. Once you form the roll, wrap it in plastic. Repeat this step with the remaining dough. Refrigerate for 2 hours or until the rolls are firm.
Remove the dough from the refrigerator and remove the plastic. Cut the dough into 0.6-centimeter-wide crackers.
In a previously greased baking tray, place the cookies. Bake at 180 ° C for 12 minutes. Let the cookies cool for 30 minutes.

PRESENTATION

Place your cookies in a basket and accompany them with a hot drink.

TIPS

Before cutting your cookies, mark the tube with a ruler, to obtain all the cookies of the same size and with this, that they are baked evenly.
