Ingredients

10 portions
  • 300 grams flour
  • 150 grams refined sugar
  • 150 grams lard
  • 100 grams walnut, toast and chopped
  • 2 tablespoons cinnamon powder
  • 25 grams powdered sugar, to sprinkle

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Place the flour and walnut in a tray and bake a few minutes to roast.
Let it cool and form a fountain on the work table. Add the cinnamon.
