Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180º C.
On a clean surface to knead, hover the flour with the pinch of salt.
Froma in the center of the pile of flour a hole in the middle to add sugar, egg yolks, whole egg and vanilla. Stir the sugar to melt.
Add the butter at room temperature and knead until a smooth dough is obtained.
Spread the dough on a floured surface and cut the cookies to taste.
Bake approximately 20 minutes. Remove them from the oven when they are slightly browned from below.
Decorate to taste.
