Yoghurt with Sweet Carrots and Nut of Castilla

If you like carrot desserts, but you're bored with the same thing, we present this version of yoghurt with sweet carrots and a touch of walnuts that will be your favorite. You do not need anything that you do not have in the cupboard to prepare it!

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 carrots peeled and grated
  • 1/4 of Cup of mashed sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1/4 of Cup of walnut chopped and toasted
  • 4 yoghures natural Oikos® (150 ml each)

    Preparation

    In a pan over low heat, melt the butter. Add the carrots and sugar and cook 5 minutes until softened.
    Remove from heat and add cinnamon and nuts and mix very well. Reservation.
    Place the yoghurt in small glasses or bowls and add a little of the carrot mixture on top.
    Decorate with more nuts.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve in a deep dish of wood and decorate with nuts.

    TIPS

    Add a bit of lemon zest to the carrots.
