Preparation
Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Blend condensed milk with LALA® Evaporated Milk, eggs, vanilla, cinnamon and LALA® Half Cream until a homogeneous mixture is obtained.
Pour into flans and bake in a bain-marie for about 40 minutes. Chills and releases.
For the sauce, make a caramel with the sugar over low heat without moving. Add the butter and let it melt. Add the cream to beat and move quickly with a balloon whisk until integrating. Reservation.
Cut medium thick slices of LALA® Panela Cheese and reserve.
For assembly, place a slice of LALA® Panela Cheese on a plate. On top add a slice of blueberry jelly and place the flan. Bathe with caramel sauce and garnish with mint.
