This recipe is a panetela to make the gypsy arm or child wrapped or for any celebration cake and it can be wrapped or dipped with the sauce of three milks and its preparation is super simple.

Ingredients

100 portions
  • 1 kilo flour, sifted
  • 1 kilo sugar
  • 30 eggs
  • 60 grams baking soda

Preparation

Beat the egg pieces with the sugar until they sponge.
After incorporating the flour and baking powder, beat and go.
We grease and flour 2 trays of 45 x 65 centimeters and empty the shake half and half. We bake with the oven previously heated to 250 degrees for about 20 minutes.
Let the panetelas cool and dismantle. You can make a cake the size of the tray, put a panetela, spread with whipped cream, filled with peaches, mangoes or strawberries, cover with the other and soak with three milks or sweet syrup on one side and turn and do the same. Then put the bitumen and decorate to taste. They can also be rolled up to make a child wrapped.
For the syrup of three milks I put a liter of milk to heat with a few sticks of cinnamon and sugar. I add 1 can of evaporated milk and another of condensed milk and that's it.

TIPS

To wrap, hot is better.
