Ingredients

  • 3 eggs, for crepes pasta
  • 3/4 cups Water, for crepes pasta
  • 1/2 cups whipping cream, for crepes pasta
  • 11/4 cups wheat flour, integral for crepes pasta
  • 1/3 cups cocoa, for crepes pasta
  • 2 tablespoons sugar, for crepes pasta
  • 1 pinch salt, for crepes pasta
  • 1/2 sticks unsalted butter, (90 g) melted
  • 1 cup bitter chocolate, they are sugar, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups ricotta cheese, for the filling
  • 1/2 cups Reddi Wip® Orignal, for filling and decorating
  • 1 cup strawberry, cut into quarters, for filling and decorating
  • 1 cup raspberry, for filling and decorating
  • 1/4 cups almond, sliced ​​toast, to decorate

Preparation

In a bowl mix perfectly the eggs, water, cream, flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, and butter.
Heat the pan to medium heat with a little butter and pour a little of the mixture to form a crepe, turn when you take off and remove. Reserve the crepes.
In a glass bowl melt the chocolate and cool until it is at room temperature, add ricotta cheese and mix with Reddi Wip Traditional® until a thick and uniform mixture is obtained. Reservation.

TIPS
