  • 1/3 of Cup of cocoa for crepes pasta
  • 2 spoonfuls of sugar for crepes pasta
  • 1 pinch of Salt for crepes pasta
  • 1/2 stick of unsalted butter (90 g) melted
  • 1 Cup of dark chocolate they are sugar, for the filling
  • 1/2 Cup of ricotta cheese for the filling

    Preparation

    In a bowl mix perfectly the eggs, water, cream, flour, cocoa, sugar, salt, and butter.
