Ingredients

  • 2 1/3 cups flour, sifted, for the chocolate sponge cake (222 g)
  • 3/4 cups cocoa, for the chocolate sponge cake (64 g)

  • 1/2 teaspoons baking soda, for the brownie
  • 1 1/2 cups sugar, for the chocolate sponge cake (400 g)
  • 1 teaspoon salt, for the brownie
  • 1 cup black beer Modelo®, for the brownie
  • 3 eggs, for the brownie, at room temperature.
  • 3/4 cups sour cream, for the chocolate sponge cake (170 g)
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence, for the brownie
  • 1/2 cups vegetal oil, for the brownie
  • enough chocolate frosting, to fill and cover the cake
  • enough black beer Modelo®, to pair

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.

Bake 35 minutes at 180 ° C or until the toothpick comes out clean.
