Ingredients

8 portions
  • 1 1/4 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 egg
  • 1/3 cups butter, cold
  • 1 tablespoon Water, cold
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/2 cups sugar
  • 3 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 tablespoon corn syrup
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla essence
  • 1 cup walnut, chopped
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 1 tablespoon Nutella®, 15 g
  • enough strawberry
  • enough raspberry
  • enough blueberry
  • enough peppermint

Preparation

In a bowl mix the flour with the sugar, salt, add the egg and butter, and mix until integrated. Knead until you have a soft and flexible dough. Refrigerate 10 minutes.
In a bowl, beat the eggs with the sugar, the melted butter, the corn syrup, the vanilla, the chopped walnut and the salt.
Make balls with the dough and with the help of your fingers, form the cakes in the cupcake molds. Prick the dough with a fork and fill with the walnut mixture. Bake 30 minutes at 180 ° C. Let it cool.
Spread with Nutella®, decorate with red berries and mint.
