Delicious carrot cake with a rich cheese bitumen. This is one of the best ways to incorporate the carrot into a delicious dessert. The famous carrot cake is the favorite of many and nothing like preparing it at home. Share a special cake with all your loved ones.

Ingredients

8 servings
  • 2 cups of flour
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking soda
  • 1 teaspoonful of baking powder
  • 1 teaspoonful of cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoonful of Salt
  • 1 Cup of oil to cook
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 4 eggs
  • 2 carrots grated
  • 190 grams of cream cheese For cheese bitumen
  • 400 grams of powder sugar For cheese bitumen

    Preparation

    Sift flour, baking soda, baking powder, cinnamon and salt in a large saucepan. Add cooking oil and sugar. Mix them.
    Add the eggs one by one mix well. Add the carrots and incorporate everything well.
    Put it in a previously greased mold. Bake at 190C for 45 to 50 minutes or until you put a needle in it and checking it comes out clean. Let it cool down.
    For cheese bitumen Mix cheese with sugar. Decorate the cake with the bitumen
    And ... to savor

    PRESENTATION

    Decorate the bitumen with colored sprinkles.

    TIPS

    Serve with a delicious glass of milk.
