Chocolate and orange make an excellent combination. This recipe is ideal for a cocktail or a party.

Preparation
Cut the oranges in half and remove the fruit inside (leave only the peels).
Cut each half orange in 8 strips of approximately 1cm each.
Put the oranges in a pot with cold, hot water over high heat until the water boils. Repeat this process 3 times or until the oranges are translucent.
In medium saucepan over medium heat mix water and sugar. Add the orange strips and cook until the water has turned into a syrup (approximately 20 minutes).
Remove the oranges and dry on a grill for at least 24 hours. Put the grate on a tray with waxed paper to avoid dirtying.
In a saucepan in a bain-marie melt the semi-bitter chocolate.
Take each orange strip and dip half in the chocolate. Place the strips on waxed paper and allow them to dry at room temperature.
