These oreo cupcakes have an oreo biscuit below and are filled with a mixture of oreo and cheese pie. DELICIOUS AND IRRESISTIBLE!

Ingredients

  • 42 pieces of Oreo cookie 30 whole and 12 ground
  • 900 grams of cream cheese at room temperature
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla extract
  • 4 pieces of egg large at room temperature shakes with a fork
  • 1 Cup of sour cream thick
  • 1 pinch of Salt

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 275 F (135 Celsius). Put a couple of trays for cupcakes (30 left in the recipe) with the pieces of paper and place an oreo cookie in each mold.
    With an electric mixer at medium-high speed, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Gradually add the sugar and beat until well blended. Add the vanilla.
    Add the eggs in a trickle and mix well mixing and scraping what sticks to the container on the sides. From this point try to stir little, to prevent the mixture from sponging, as this will cause them to inflate when baking and deflate when removed from the oven.
    Add the cream (sour cream) and the pinch of salt. Stir. Add the ground cookies and mix everything with your hands very carefully so that the chocolate cookie does not fall apart in the mixture.
    Divide the mixture between all the cupcake molds and place on top of the oreo cookies of each mold.
    Bake for 22 minutes until it begins to get hard (still the mixture should move a little). Pass to a rack and let the cupcakes cool (on the tray).
    Refrigerate for at least 4 hours before serving, or ideally one night.
    Remove the pieces of paper before serving.

    PRESENTATION

    They leave 30 cupcakes.

    TIPS

    Once you add the eggs, try to stir the mixture a little, otherwise it will sponge when baked and then deflate.
