These nutritious Diet Pancakes with All Bran are low in calories and high in fiber, if you are on a diet or looking for a healthier diet they are the perfect snack.

Ingredients

9 portions
  • 2 cups All Bran cereal
  • 1 1/2 cups skim milk
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda, royal
  • 1/2 cups Splenda, or sugar light
  • 3/4 cups whole wheat flour
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla

Preparation

Heat the oven to 350ºF. Grease 9 pancakes with PAM for cakes (light oil spray).
In a bowl soak 3 minutes the All Bran with milk, egg and vanilla.
In a food processor stir the flour, baking powder and sugar. Add the cereal mixture with milk and egg. Press a few seconds to incorporate.
Divide in the molds and bake for 40 minutes. Remove from the oven and cool in a rack.

TIPS

They are very rich for breakfast.

Muy dulce La verdad media taza de splenda es mucho, quedaron súper dulces. A lo mejor la receta original era con media taza, pero de azúcar.
