This orange pancake is spongy and moist. It has an intense flavor and is very easy to make.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 90 grams of unsalted butter
  • 3/4 of Cup of sugar
  • 2 pieces of egg
  • 3/4 of Cup of flour
  • 2 pieces of orange
  • 1 1/2 teaspoons of baking powder
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar

    Preparation

    Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
    Acremer the butter and add the sugar. Beat until you have a fluffy mixture.
    Add the eggs one by one, beating well between each addition.
    Add flour, baking powder, zest and orange juice. Beat to integrate all the ingredients until obtaining a thick mass without lumps.
    Grease and flour a pancake mold and with the help of a spatula match it. Bake for 30 minutes.
    Mix a little orange juice with icing sugar and glaze the pancake to cover the entire top.

    PRESENTATION

    Place some slices of orange on top.

    TIPS

    Lo preparé en horno de leña, con las cantidades mencionadas quedó estupendo pero a diferencia de los comentarios anteriores le faltó esponjar.

    Lo prepare la primera vez y no se coció porque fue mucho jugo. Lo volví a hacer, le puse 1/4 taza de jugo y 1/2 taza de azúcar y quedó delicioso y esponjoso, pero efectivamente delgado. También aconsejo doblar cantidades pero consideren 1/4 menos de azúcar.
