This rich walnut pancake and yogurt is a delight. The yoghurt makes this pancake spongy and moisturized. Making that in each bite you forget a dry bread with little flavor. In addition, the intense nutty flavor will make you your favorite.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 eggs
  • 3 cups all-purpose wheat flour
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 cup Gloria® butter unsalted butter
  • 2 cups yogurt, flavor
  • 2 tablespoons baking soda
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • 500 grams walnut
  • to taste powdered sugar, to sprinkle the cake

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 º C. Enmanteca a mold and put flour.
Sift flour with baking powder.
Mix all the ingredients with a blender .
