Ingredients

8 portions
  • 500 grams cream cheese
  • 200 grams sugar
  • 500 milliliters cream, to mount 35% fat
  • 200 milliliters milk
  • 2 teaspoons liquid vanilla
  • 2 envelopes Curd
  • 1 package chocolate cookie
  • to taste candy

Preparation

Beat the sugar with the cheese, making sure they mix well.
In a glass place about 100 milliliters of milk and dissolve the two envelopes of curd.
Place the cream, the rest of the milk, the vanilla and the cheese with sugar that we mix before, in a saucepan over low heat. When it boils, lower the heat and add the curd. Mix and let boil, with the fire as low as possible, wait a few minutes to thicken the mixture. After a while, put out the fire and remove the saucepan.
While you wait for temper a little takes advantage and assembles the base. Place in a mold all the chocolate cookies that fit whole and then fill the gaps with chips. Try filling as much as possible.
Pour the cream cheese over the cookie and wait for it to cool quite before putting it in the fridge.
Finally add the liquid caramel and leave the cake without unmolding until the moment of serving.

TIPS

As you can see, in this cake the cookie goes whole, not crushed. The longer you have the cream of the cheese to the slow fire, leaving it boils slightly, better since it will have better consistency.
