  • 1 cup peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 cups powdered sugar

  • 2 tablespoons orange juice, for the caramel sauce
  • 1/4 cups whipping cream, for the caramel sauce

Preparation

For the base of the cheesecake, process the granola together with the peanuts until you get a moderately thick powder. Mix with sparks and butter.
