It has a crunchy base of granola with peanuts and chocolate chips, a soft cheese filling with a touch of peanut butter and to top it off: bananas covered with caramel.   • 1 1/2 cups of granolas for the base
  • 1/2 Cup of peanut toasted, for the base
  • 1/2 Cup of chocolate chip for the base
  • 3/4 of Cup of Butter melted, for the base
  • 3 pieces of cream cheese 190 gc / u
  • 1 Cup of whipping cream
  • 1 Cup of peanut butter
  • 1 teaspoonful of vanilla
  • 1/2 Cup of powder sugar
  • 1 on of unflavored gelatin (7 g) hydrated and melted
  • 1 Cup of raw sugar for the caramel sauce
  • 2 spoonfuls of orange juice for the caramel sauce
  • 1/4 of Cup of whipping cream for the caramel sauce
  • 1 pinch of Salt for the caramel sauce
  • 2 pieces of banana
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • to taste of whipped cream to decorate

    Preparation

    For the base of the cheesecake, process the granola together with the peanuts until you get a moderately thick powder. Mix with sparks and butter.
