Ingredients

20 portions
  • 480 grams peach in syrup
  • 190 grams cream cheese
  • 397 grams condensed milk
  • 2 lemons
  • 14 grams gelatin, hydrated
  • to taste whipped cream, to decorate
  • 2 Pie dish with cookie crust

Preparation

Blend peaches, cream cheese, milk and the juice of the 2 lemons.
