Ingredients

  • 4 cups flour, 500 g
  • 1 tablespoon baking soda, 15 g
  • 1/4 teaspoons nutmeg
  • 2 cups butter, 220 g, cold cut into cubes
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 1/2 cups Alpura® milk strawberry flavor, 180 ml
  • 2 egg whites
  • 1/4 cups sugar
  • 2 cups cream cheese
  • 1/2 cups Alpura® milk strawberry flavor
  • enough pink food coloring

Preparation

For the dough, in a container or bowl mix the flour, the bicarbonate, the nutmeg and the butter, mix with your hands, the texture should be sandy, add the yolks and the Alpura® Milk strawberry flavor, incorporate again without working too much . Let the dough rest for 10 minutes so you can work it.

Cut the biscuits in half and fill with the strawberry cream, and the natural strawberry pieces.
