Delicious and creamy sweet crepes stuffed with apple, accompanied with orange marmalade and whipped cream flavored with lemon zest. This apple filling with a touch of cinnamon, brandy, orange juice and citrus will be your fascination.

Ingredients

12 servings
  • 3 spoonfuls of Butter
  • 2 pieces of apple cut in half moons, for filling
  • 1/4 of Cup of raw sugar
  • 1 tablespoon of ground cinnamon
  • 1 tablespoon of yellow lemon zest
  • 2 spoonfuls of orange juice
  • 1/4 of Cup of brandy
  • 1/2 Cup of flour
  • 1 piece of egg
  • 2 spoonfuls of Butter melted, for mixing crepes
  • 1 Cup of milk
  • 1 pinch of Salt
  • 50 grams of apple dehydrated
  • 1 Cup of whipped cream mixed with yellow lemon zest
  • 1 Cup of Orange marmalade
  • 1 Cup of powder sugar to sprinkle
  • 1/4 of Cup of nut chopped

    Preparation

    Heat a T-fal® Hard Titanium + pan over medium heat, when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, add the butter, cook the apples with the muscovado sugar, the cinnamon, the lemon zest, the juice of orange and brandy until the liquid evaporates completely. Reservation
    For the crepes mix, blend the ingredients in the crepes mix with the “Dessert” function in the T-fal® InfinyFor blender until it forms a homogeneous liquid mixture.
    Heat a T-fal® Hard Titanium + skillet over medium heat, when the red dot (Thermo-spot) is completely red, add crepe mix, to form a thin layer that occupies the entire pan. Cook 4 minutes on both sides or until the crepe is well cooked.
    For the assembly, spread a layer of jam on the crepes, pour the whipped cream and place apple filling, close in the form of a fan. Serve and decorate with a little glass sugar and walnut.

    PRESENTATION

    Serve the folded fan-shaped crepes and sprinkle with glass sugar and nuts.

    TIPS

    When the edge of the crepe starts to peel off the pan it is because it is almost ready to be turned.
