Ingredients: 112 grams D’Gari® unflavored gelatin, 10 envelopes; 2 cups water, to hydrate the gelatin; 1 cup water, 250 ml; 1 envelope D´Gari® black jelly, 120 g; 1 cup cream cheese, 200 g; 3 tablespoons icing sugar, 45 g; 1/2 cups kiwi, cut into small cubes, 100 g; 1/2 cups canned peaches, cut into small cubes, 100 g; 1/2 cups strawberries, cut into small cubes, 100 g; 1/2 cups apple, cut into small cubes, 100 g; D´Gari® syrup maple syrup flavor, for serving

Mix the D'Gari® powdered gelatin with the water in a bowl until fully integrated. Let it rest for 10 minutes, until it hydrates and forms a gel. Set aside. Heat the cup of water in a pot over medium heat and pour in D'Gari® black gelatin, using a whisk, mix until dissolved, then add the previously hydrated gelatin and dissolve.
