Rice pudding is a classic and popular dessert in Mexico and other countries, it is eaten cold or hot and can be combined with cookies, so the recipe for rice milk carlota is the perfect mix. In addition, it will be very easy to prepare, since it is a dessert without an oven, and the ingredients are very easy to obtain.   • 1 1/2 cups White rice, wash and soak
  • 2 1/2 cups Water
  • 1 raja cinnamon
  • 1 Orange zest
  • 1 liter three milk syrup Chantilly®
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 packages cream cheese, (190 gc / u) diced
  • 1 package vanilla cookie, square
  • enough cinnamon powder, to decorate


For rice pudding: in a pot, boil the rice with the water, the cinnamon stick and the orange zest for 15 minutes.
When the rice has absorbed almost the total water, add the Tres Leches Chantilly® Syrup and vanilla, cook for 5 more minutes.
Beat the cream cheese until soft, add the rice pudding and add gently.
To assemble the carlota: make a base with the cookies and put a layer of the rice pudding; Repeat the process until the mold is filled and then refrigerate for 2 hours.
Sprinkle with cinnamon, cut a slice and enjoy.


On a plate decorated with cinnamon powder and accompanied by a cappuccino.


The cheese and the refrigeration help you to have a good consistency in the rice with milk for the carlota.
