Prepare this rich cake of fruit and cream in layers. It is very simple and has a presentation that looks great. It is perfect for dessert tables, for events or simply for a delicious meal at home. Prepare it, everyone will love it.

Ingredients

12 portions
  • 4 cups skim milk, cool
  • 2 packages vanilla pudding, instant
  • 2 cups Biscuit, of butter, cut into cubes
  • 2 cups strawberry, in slices
  • 1 cup blueberry
  • to taste peppermint, to decorate

Preparation

Pour the milk into a medium bowl. Add the pudding mixture. Beat with a hand mixer for 2 minutes or until well blended. Let stand for 5 minutes.
Use half of the cubes of sponge cake, fruit and pudding, placing them in layers in a container. Repeat the layers.
Refrigerate for 1 hour or until you serve it.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with strawberry slices and fresh mint.
