10 portions
  • 90 grams butter, at room temperature
  • 1/2 cups vegetable shortening
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 1/2 teaspoons salt
  • 2 1/2 cups flour
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa
  • 6 drops yellow food color
  • 6 drops red food color
  • 1 egg, to varnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C. Grease and flour a baking tray.
With the help of a blender, add the butter with the butter and the icing sugar.
Add the egg and vanilla and beat until incorporated.
Add the salt and flour little by little, beat until you have a homogeneous mass.
Divide the dough into three, and one adds the cocoa, the other the yellow dye and the other the red.
It gives a rectangular shape to the three masses and sticks with the egg. Wrap in non-stick plastic and freeze 10 minutes.
Cut the cookies and place on the tray, bake 10 to 15 minutes and cool.

PRESENTATION

Decorate with crystal sugar.

TIPS
