Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 Yoghurt Natural Oikos®
  • 2 teaspoons of basil finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon of sugar
  • 2 oranges
  • 4 teaspoons of pumpkin seed without salt

Preparation

In a bowl mix Oikos® natural yoghurt with basil and sugar.
Peel and cut slices of orange.
Serve oranges in a saucepan, place a little yoghurt on top and decorate with pips.

PRESENTATION

Garnish with toasted nuggets.

TIPS

If you do not like pips you can use pistachios.

Receta mas sana Sugiero que para que ésta receta sea sana, sustituir el yogurt comercial por uno hecho en casa ya que no es totalmente leche y tiene conservadores, saborizantes y azúcar. Y en vez de añadir azúcar refinada cambiarla por mascabado o miel de abeja ;D
