In this hot season, start your day with a colorful yogurt and coconut smoothie and various tropical fruits that will make you full of energy. Best of all, this smoothie is full of vitamins and minerals, so it is very nutritious.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 banana
  • 1/2 cups Extra Special® Greek-style yogurt with honey, for the purple color
  • 1/2 cups blackberry, frozen, for the purple color
  • 1 tablespoon almond, filleted, for the purple color
  • 1 cup pineapple, in cubes and frozen, for the color green
  • 1/2 cups spinach, for the green color
  • 1/2 cups Extra Special® natural greek style yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons honey, green color
  • 1 mango, frozen for the color yellow
  • 1/2 cups greek-style yogurt with Extra Special® honey, for the yellow color
  • 1 peach, for the yellow color
  • 4 tablespoons coconut milk, for the yellow color
  • 1 banana, frozen for the color orange
  • 1/2 cups Extra Special® plain Greek style yogurt, for the color orange
  • 1/2 oranges, in segments, for the color orange
  • 1/2 tangerine, in segments, for the color orange
  • 1 tablespoon agave honey, for the color orange
  • 1/2 cups strawberry, for the color pink
  • 1/2 cups Greek-style Extra Special® yogurt with red berries, for the color pink
  • 1/2 cups raspberry, frozen, for the color pink
  • 1 tablespoon chia seed, for the color pink
  • 6 fruits skewers, mixed fruits to decorate

Preparation

Blend all the ingredients according to the color of the smoothie, until obtaining a smooth and homogeneous mixture. If necessary you can add a little liquid.
Pour the different mixtures into the glasses forming a rainbow, starting with the purple color, followed by green, yellow, orange and pink.
Garnish with a mixed fruit skewer.
