Ingredients

1 portion
  • 1 tablespoon coconut cream, sugarfree
  • 2 tablespoons grated coconut, frappé
  • 4 guavas, frozen
  • 1/2 guanabanas, frozen
  • 1/2 cups almond milk
  • 1 teaspoon liquid vanilla
  • 2 tablespoons bee honey
  • 1 teaspoon Orange zest
  • enough coconut, frappé, to decorate
  • enough edible flower, to decorate

Preparation

Frost the glass past the edge with coconut cream and coconut frappé. Set aside.
Blend frozen guava, soursop, almond milk, vanilla, honey and orange zest.
Serve in the frosty glass and decorate with more coconut and flowers.

Frost your glass with coconut frappé to simulate the snow, decorate with edible flowers.

TIPS
