Preparation
Boil the milk in a pot.
In a deep bowl beat the San Juan® yolks with the sugar and slowly add the milk while continuing to mix.
Return the mixture to the pot and cook over low heat for 7 minutes moving constantly until it thickens.
Strain the eggnog to remove any crumbs and pour into a deep bowl.
Add cream, bourbon, brandy and vanilla.
Let cool and serve.
