Alcoholic beverage based on milk, egg yolks, brandy and vanilla, perfect for this Christmas season. The rompope is delicious and very easy to prepare. Try it and surprise everyone.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 3 cups whole milk
  • 7 egg yolks, San Juan®
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 2 cups whipping cream
  • 1/3 cups bourbon
  • 1/3 cups brandy
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla essence

Preparation

Boil the milk in a pot.
In a deep bowl beat the San Juan® yolks with the sugar and slowly add the milk while continuing to mix.
Return the mixture to the pot and cook over low heat for 7 minutes moving constantly until it thickens.
Strain the eggnog to remove any crumbs and pour into a deep bowl.
Add cream, bourbon, brandy and vanilla.
Let cool and serve.

Una muy buena reserva envuelta de tradición no conosco de tiempo más la pondría con entusiasmo como reserva de la nueva España (primeras colonias de mexico) bueno es sólo un punto de vista.

Lo intente pero en el video ponen cocinar 15 minutos y en la receta sale 7 minutos. Lo hice con el del video pero se espeso demasiado y con la crema batida parece atol. Todo espeso. Luego lo intentare con las instrucciones escritas
