Alcoholic beverage based on milk, egg yolks, brandy and vanilla, perfect for this Christmas season. The rompope is delicious and very easy to prepare. Try it and surprise everyone.

Ingredients

6 servings
  • 3 cups of whole milk
  • 7 pieces of egg yolk San Juan®
  • 1 Cup of sugar
  • 2 cups of whipping cream
  • 1/3 of Cup of bourbon
  • 1/3 of Cup of brandy
  • 1 tablespoon of vanilla essence

    Preparation

    Boil the milk in a pot.
    In a deep bowl beat the San Juan® yolks with the sugar and slowly add the milk while continuing to mix.
    Return the mixture to the pot and cook over low heat for 7 minutes moving constantly until it thickens.
    Strain the eggnog to remove any crumbs and pour into a deep bowl.
    Add cream, bourbon, brandy and vanilla.
    Let cool and serve.

    Lo intente pero en el video ponen cocinar 15 minutos y en la receta sale 7 minutos. Lo hice con el del video pero se espeso demasiado y con la crema batida parece atol. Todo espeso. Luego lo intentare con las instrucciones escritas
