This fabulous snack will conquer your guests, its wonderful presentation with a delicious flavor that will surprise anyone. A rich, creamy interior of cream cheese with chives and bacon decorated with a mixture of olives.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 package bacon, 200g
  • 4 sticks Great Value® cream cheese, 227g each
  • 1 bunch chives, finely chopped
  • 2 cups green olive
  • 2 cups black olive
  • 10 twigs rosemary
  • 1 yellow bell pepper
  • 1 teaspoon Great Value® salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons black pepper
  • 1 package cracker, To accompany

Preparation

Heat a skillet over medium heat; brown the bacon , let cool and itch.
In a blender , beat the cheese until creamy, add the bacon, chives and salt.
Pour the cheese into plastic film and roll it into a cone, freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Cut the peppers into a star shape with a cookie cutter.
Remove the cheese from freezing and smooth the surface with a spatula.
Place the olives around the cheese cone, alternating with rosemary and pepper stars.
Let cool 30 minutes, and serve with crackers.
