Preparation
Heat a skillet over medium heat; brown the bacon , let cool and itch.
In a blender , beat the cheese until creamy, add the bacon, chives and salt.
Pour the cheese into plastic film and roll it into a cone, freeze for 1 hour or until firm.
Cut the peppers into a star shape with a cookie cutter.
Remove the cheese from freezing and smooth the surface with a spatula.
Place the olives around the cheese cone, alternating with rosemary and pepper stars.
Let cool 30 minutes, and serve with crackers.
