Ingredients

6 portions
  • 380 grams Philadelphia® cream cheese, at room temperature
  • 25 grapes
  • 1/2 cups cranberry , finely chopped
  • 1/2 cups walnut, finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoons chives, finely chopped
  • 25 pretzel sticks
  • to taste chives, to decorate
  • to taste salt and pepper

Preparation

Place the cheese in a bowl and with the help of an acrema spatula until a smooth consistency, add salt and pepper. Refrigerate and reserve.
Mix the nuts, the blueberries, and the scallion.
Cover the grapes with the cheese and toss in the mixture of walnuts, cranberries and chives, place on a waxed paper and refrigerate for 1 hour until they are firm.
Insert the pretzel stick and refrigerate for 30 more minutes.
Decorate with strips of scallion simulating a bun.
