Cheese Bruschetta with Figs

An ultra simple snack to prepare but delicious in flavor. Figs and gorgonzola cheese are an ideal mix.

Ingredients

8 portions
  • 20 slices baguette bread
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 250 grams gorgonzola cheese, at room temperature
  • 12 figs, soft, chopped

Preparation

Turn the oven to high heat and place the oven rack on the top.
On a cookie sheet, place all the slices of bread and brush with the olive oil.
Bake until lightly browned, about 3-4 minutes.
Flip the slices over and return to the oven for another minute.
Reserve the bread.
Spread each slice of bread with 1 tablespoon of gorgonzola cheese and top with 2 tablespoon of chopped figs (you can also put a whole slice).
Serve.

ME ENCANTA!!!! se ve muy rico! amo los higos, lastima qe donde yo vivo no venden higos... y cuando hay o estan echados a perder o son super caros!!!! D: me encantaria comerlo!!!
