This delicious snack is ideal for a cold day as it is served hot. The dates are stuffed with goat cheese and rolled in Serrano ham.

Ingredients

10 portions
  • 30 pitted dates
  • 250 grams goat cheese
  • 250 grams cured ham
  • 2 tablespoons truffle oil
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 100 degrees Celsius.
Fill the dates with the goat cheese.
Roll each date with a slice of serrano ham and close with a toothpick so that it does not open when baking.
Place all the dates in a baking dish and drizzle with the olive oil and truffle oil.
Bake for 15 minutes, the important thing is to heat the snack but not brown so that the ham does not cook.

PRESENTATION

Serve the snack on a warm wooden board or snack plate.

TIPS

You can also add walnut to the filling.
