In a deep bowl, mix the lime juice, tequila, garlic salt, chipotle chilies, and cayenne pepper. Add the chicken wings and cover with the prepared sauce. Let marinate for 30 minutes in the refrigerator. Heat a grill over high heat. Place the chicken to brown for 15 minutes (discard the marinade), turning to brown evenly. Brush with a little buffalo sauce and continue cooking for 5 minutes or until fully cooked.
