Preheat the oven to 170°C (340°F). Blend the chickpeas in a large bowl. Add the cream cheese, sour cream, and chipotle peppers; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup of the cheese and refrigerate for later use. Combine the remaining cheese with the chickpea mixture. Place the mixture in a greased baking dish.
