This chickpea dip is a delicious option for your meetings. It has a rich touch of chipotle that makes it irresistible, it is perfect for eating with sticks of vegetables, chips, bread or crackers.

Ingredients

  • 1 cup chickpea, tin
  • 190 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cups cream
  • 2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce, finely chopped
  • 2 cups cheddar cheese
  • 1/3 cups chives, finely chopped

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 170 ° C.
Grind the chickpeas in a large bowl. Add cream cheese, cream and chipotle peppers; mix well. Reserve 1/2 cup of cheese and refrigerate for later use. Combine the remaining cheese with the chickpea mixture. Place the mixture in a greased refractory.
Bake for 20 minutes. Remove from the oven and add the cheese you reserved. Bake for 5 more minutes or until the cheese melts.
Decorate with green onions.
