Ingredients

20 portions
  • 4 cups mashed potatoes
  • 1 can refried beans
  • Pico De Gallo Sauce
  • 10 corn tortilla chip
  • 2 egg yolks, whipped
  • 2 teaspoons milk
  • 1 egg, smoothie
  • oils

Preparation

Mix the mashed potatoes, beans, milk and 2 egg yolks in a bowl. It is refrigerated.
The toasts are pulverized until they are like a very finite flour.
Remove the bowl of refrigerator and make balls with that dough by putting in the center of each one a little pico de gallo sauce so that it is inside the dough.
Each ball is passed through a little egg and it is breaded with the flour of the toast. They are fried and left in napkins draining the excess fat.
