Ingredients

16 portions
  • 190 grams cream cheese, softened
  • 1/4 cups milk
  • 1 cup avocado, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons fresh coriander, finely chopped
  • 2 tablespoons jalapeño chile, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons garlic, finely chopped

Preparation

Mix the cream cheese and milk in a medium bowl.
Add the remaining ingredients; mix well. Top.
Refrigerate for several hours or until cold. Serve with crackers or with carrot and cucumber sticks.
