  • 1 cup bacon, fried
  • 1 cup sausage, fried
  • 3 cups cream cheese, in cubes
  • 1/4 cups onion stalk, chopped
  • 1 cup corn grain, yellow
  • 1/2 cups jalapeño pepper
  • 1 cup Cotija cheese, shredded
  • 1/2 cups black bean, Cooked
  • 1/4 cups red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 tablespoon onion powder
  • 1 pinch salt and pepper
  • 1 cup cream cheese
  • enough manchego cheese, in thin sheets in the form of a hexagon
  • enough black sesame seed, to cover the ball
  • to taste cracker, to accompany


For the dip, in a bowl, mix some fried bacon with the chorizo, the cream cheese, the onion stems, the yellow corn, the jalapeño pepper, the cotija cheese, the black beans, the purple onion, season with Garlic powder, salt and pepper to your liking. In a bowl with plastic, place the dip and form a ball, reserve in refrigeration.
On a table with non-stick plastic, form a layer of cream cheese with a spatula, place your dip pellet and close with plastic so that the outside is white. Refrigerate again.
On the table cut out hexagons and pentagons of cheese, place them on the cheese dip, giving a ball shape and cover the spaces with black sesame seeds. Serve with crackers and finely chopped parsley to simulate grass.


Place manchego cheese cut in hexagons and black sesame seeds on the ball.
