Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon flakes of chili
  • 7 grams yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • enough olive oil, to varnish

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the flour, oregano, salt, chili flakes, yeast, olive oil and water. Knead until a homogeneous and smooth mass is obtained.
Form 6 balls on a floured surface and place around on a cast iron skillet, ferment for 30 minutes.

Bake for 20 minutes.
Serves hot
