Ingredients

8 portions
  • 3 cups flour
  • 1 tablespoon oregano
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 tablespoon chili flakes
  • 7 grams yeast
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 cup Water
  • enough olive oil, to varnish
  • to taste dip, to fill
  • to taste mozzarella cheese, to decorate
  • to taste onion stalk, to decorate

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
In a bowl, mix the flour, oregano, salt, chili flakes, yeast, olive oil and water. Knead until a homogeneous and smooth mass is obtained.
Form 6 balls on a floured surface and place around on a cast iron skillet, ferment for 30 minutes.
Add the dip of your choice in the middle of the pan and add cheese and onion stems.
Bake for 20 minutes.
Serves hot

PRESENTATION

Bake the rolls in a cast iron pan with the dip of your choice.

TIPS

Add a piece of cheese in the center of the rolls and bake to add a different touch.
