Cook the rice; it should be sticky. Peel the cucumbers, remove the centers, and slice the avocado. Place some rice in a round or ring mold, then the tuna, and top with cucumber. Again, a layer of rice, avocado, and double cream cheese. Refrigerate for at least an hour before serving.
