Ingredients: 16 slices Capistrano® american ham, (thin); 8 corn tostadas; 1 1/2 cups beans, cooked; 1 tablespoon mustard; 1 tablespoon mayonnaise; 1 tablespoon salsa, bottle; 1 red onion, cut into strips; 6 Habanero chiles, slices; oregano, to taste; 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar; 1 lime, , the juice; salt; vegetable oil

Fry the beans by mashing them in a little oil until well ground, add the mustard, mayonnaise, and bottle sauce, set aside. Mix the onion with the chilies and season with oregano and salt, add the vinegar and lemon. To serve, spread the tostadas with beans, place Capistrano® American Ham on top, and crown with the onion.
