Preparation
Bring the water to a boil, add salt and pasta; cook, strain and reserve.
Heat a pot over medium heat with the butter, add the bacon and fry until golden brown. Add the milk, cream, cheeses, garlic powder, onion powder and cook until a homogeneous mixture. Season with salt and pepper; add the pasta and cook another minute. Cool.
Mix the previous preparation with the grated cheddar cheese and with a scoop, form balls with the Mac & Cheese and reserve them on a tray.
In a bowl beat the San Juan® Eggs with salt and pepper.
Pass the small balls through flour, the San Juan® Eggs mixture and the ground bread.
Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat and fry the balls until golden brown. Drain the excess on absorbent paper and serve with tomato sauce.
