Prepare this maxi synchronized Hawaiian with Virginia de Pollo FUD®, guacamole and cheese, you will not be able to resist its delicious flavor. Put a twist on your timeless synchronized classic and try this original maxi synchronized to Hawaiian with guacamole.

Ingredients

6 portions
  • 1 cup pineapple in syrup
  • 2 tablespoons worcestershire sauce
  • 1 tablespoon mustard
  • 2 tablespoons ketchup
  • 1/4 cups chipotle chili, ground
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoons oregano
  • to taste salt
  • 1/2 teaspoons cumin
  • 1 package Chicken Virginia FUD®, 250 gr
  • 2 avocados
  • 1/4 red onions, finely chopped
  • 1/4 cups coriander, finely chopped
  • 1 lemon, juice
  • 1/2 teaspoons garlic powder
  • to taste salt
  • to taste black pepper
  • 6 flour tortillas, giants or burreras
  • enough pineapple, Barbecue
  • enough Fud® manchego cheese, grated
  • enough coriander, to decorate

Preparation

In a pan add the pineapple syrup, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, ketchup, chipotle, onion powder, garlic powder, oregano, salt and cumin and cook for 5 minutes or until thickened .
Add the FUD® Chicken Virginia slices and cook for 4 more minutes, or until glazed. Booking.
For the guacamole, in a bowl mix the avocado with the red onion, the coriander, the lemon juice, the garlic powder, the salt, the pepper and mix until all the ingredients are incorporated. Booking.
Cut a line from the center of the tortilla towards the edge and place the Hawaiian preparation in a quarter of the tortilla; In another quarter of the tortilla, place two tablespoons of guacamole; In another quarter of the tortilla, place the roasted pineapple and in the last quarter, place enough FUD® Manchego Cheese.
Fold the quarters on top of each other, as shown in the video.
Heat the quesadilla in a pan on both sides, until the cheese is melted.
Serve on a plate, garnish with cilantro and enjoy.

Serve on a plate, garnish with grilled pineapple and cilantro.
