  • 4 Mexican sopes, (the chopped are a little larger than the sope)
  • 30 grams fresh cheese
  • 1/2 onions, chopped
  • green sauces, of tomato
  • sauces, of tomato
  • moles poblanos

Preparation

In a pan with a little oil heat the chopped.
Spread tomato green sauce, tomato sauce or mole poblano to the chopped.
Sprinkle cheese and onion.
