Preparation
Boil the corn in boiling water for 5 minutes, remove from heat. When they are cold enough, cut the corn kernels from the cob (about 4 cups).
In a pot put the water, salt to taste, the epazote and corn kernels. Let boil until the corn kernels are well cooked.
In a bowl add the Yogurt Type Greek FAGE Total 0%, chili powder and lemon juice, mix well.
Serve 4 tablespoons of Esquites and two tablespoons of Yoghurt Greek Type FAGE Total 0% in cups or bowls.
Sprinkle with a little cheese and decorate with slices of lemon.
