It is a recipe Delicious and easy to prepare, very rich and everyone loves them. Especially accompany her with Champagne. Special for your parties and meetings. It is my favorite.

Ingredients

20 portions
  • 400 grams Roquefort cheese
  • 190 grams Philadephia cheese
  • 1 drizzle milk
  • 1 tablespoon cognac, or brandy
  • salt
  • olives, stuffed with red pepper
  • caviar
  • cookies
  • gelatin cake molds
  • spray oils
  • 2 envelopes unflavored gelatin
  • black pepper

Preparation

Preparation: What I do is the following, one day before I spray with the mold where I will pour it and put it in the freezer. this will help when we set the mousse we can easily remove it. Put the cream, milk, cheese, salt and pepper in a blender and blend until smooth and creamy, while you liquefy everything, in a cup of hot water dissolve the natural grenetine until it is lumpy and pour it into the blender together with everything to mix everything perfectly well.
On the other hand you should have the olives already chopped and the morón also picadillo chiquito. since this all ready you take the mold of the freezer and put the olives and the pepper in the bottom of the mold and pour the cream that you made of cheeses. Try no salt, pepper and a touch of brandy or cognac. Cover well and refrigerate at least 5 hours before putting it on the table. You take it out of the mold and decorate it with a green leaf.
Accompanied with caviar and some delicious garlic pancakes that you sell in costco or baquetee tostaditos. and enjoyed a lot.

PRESENTATION

In a flat dish, put the mousse, and decorate with some lettuce leaves and cookies around. You can also use a loaf as a plate by cutting the lid and taking it out carefully in breadcrumbs without breaking the bread, and do it 24 hours before leaving.

TIPS

A few hours before, put the mold sprinkled with pam in the freezer to loosen the mousse well.
