Place the popcorn kernels in a saucepan, cover, and cook over low heat until the corn pops; stir constantly to prevent the popcorn from burning. Place in a bowl and set aside. For the caramel: Place the sugar in a non-stick pan and cook over medium-low heat until it gradually becomes liquid, then add the butter and mix with folding motions using a wooden spoon. Gradually pour in the milk while stirring, cook until you obtain a thick mixture, then add half of the M&M’s® Milk Chocolate (60 g), mix and remove from heat. Let cool. Coat the popcorn with the caramel, add the pretzels and the remaining M&M’s® Milk Chocolate (60 g).
