Ingredients

6 portions
  • 4 portobello mushrooms, filleted
  • 1 bunch asparagus
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon marjoram
  • to taste salt and pepper
  • 6 slices panela cheese
  • 1 cup dried tomato
  • 6 Deli® oatmeal breads

Preparation

Preheat the oven to 180 ° C.
Place the portobellos and the asparagus in a tray, add olive oil, marjoram, salt, pepper. Mix well and bake 10 minutes or until cooked.
On a rack heat Pan Deli® Oatmeal, and grill panela cheese.
On a piece of Pan Deli® Oatmeal place a slice of panela cheese, add the portobello, the dehydrated tomatoes and the asparagus.
