This back to school surprises your children with this original and fun snail egg sandwich! Rich egg roll with ham and cheese in the shape of a snail, accompanied by green leaves to simulate the grass, your little one will love.

Ingredients

4 servings
  • 4 pieces of egg
  • 1/2 teaspoonful of Salt Great Value®
  • 1/4 of teaspoonful of black pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of fresh scallion finely chopped
  • 4 spoonfuls of Great Value® Oil
  • 8 slices of box bread without borders
  • 4 spoonfuls of cream cheese
  • 8 slices of Turkey ham
  • 8 slices of Extra Special® Mozzarella cheese
  • 2 pieces of sausage cut in half along
  • 8 pieces of whole clove to simulate the eyes
  • 1/4 of piece of carrot in strips, to simulate the antennas
  • 1 Cup of spinach cut into strips, to decorate

    Preparation

    In a bowl, beat the eggs and season with salt, pepper and chives.
    Heat a Teflon pan over medium heat, add a teaspoon of oil and a little beaten egg. Form an omelette and cook about 5 minutes or until cooked on both sides. Repeat to form 4 omelets.
    With the help of a rolling pin, flatten the slices of bread and spread on two slices a tablespoon of cream cheese, joining by the edges. Repeat with all the breads.
    Place an omelette on bread with cheese, add ham and extra-special mozzarella cheese. Cut excesses and roll carefully.
    Place the nails on the sausages to simulate the eyes of the snail and the carrots to simulate the antennae. Stick to the egg rolls with a little cream cheese. Serve with chopped spinach to simulate the grass.
