Preparation
In a deep bowl pour the flour, salt and yeast and mix well, then pour the water and mix until you get a uniform dough and let it rest.
Wrap the sausages with cheese strips.
In a clean pan, pour the oil and put it on the stove over medium heat.
After letting the flour rest for 10 minutes, take it and stretch the dough to a sufficient size to wrap the sausages.
Wrap the sausages and when the oil is boiling, fry the sausages wrapped with the dough.
Serve hot on a flat plate.
